You can expect a modern furnished apartment with bathroom and private entrance. Everything you would expect from a holiday today, you can find with us. A top equipped high-quality real wood fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave will delight you. A double bed and a sofa bed can accommodate 3-4 people. An extra bed for infants is of course available. Fast Wi-Fi, iPod with sound system, music library and games for adults and children, and cable TV are available. Lego toys and high chairs make children and parents' hearts beat faster. Washer and dryer are available if needed. Bed linen and towels and all utilities are included in the price. Our barrier-free apartment Erzgebirge is heated with underfloor heating, using an environmentally friendly geothermal heat pump. Your children will feel comfortable with us. Since we live at a dead end, there is no through traffic, so it is wonderfully quiet with us. The adjoining small sports field offers all possibilities to let off steam, such as football, table tennis and basketball. Our own garden with swing, sandpit and slide can be used to play and relax. Garden furniture and barbecue is of course available. A parking space directly in front of the house and for motorcyclists Parking space in the garage is available. Bike rental and babysitting service are available upon request. All interesting cities such as Augustusburg, Seiffen, Freiberg, Annaberg, Chemnitz, Zwickau, Dresden and Leipzig can be easily reached within 15-90 minutes.
