The flat has a private parking space. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage im traditionsreichen Ostviertel der Stadt. Man ist in 15 Min in der Stadt oder im Campus. In 20 Min. erreicht man den Bahnhof zu Fuß. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz, eine Küche mit Gartenblick und ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit separater Dusche und Badewanne. Big bathroom with bath and separate shower. You can prepare yourself coffee & tea anytime. And use the kitchen for cooking. There are bikes for you waiting here with which you reach the center in 5 minutes. While your stay I will be in Göttingen and always available for any kind of questions regarding the flat, the city, the university (where I work). Man kann sich sehr schön die malerischen Villen bei einem Spaziergang angucken. Mit einem 2 minütigen Spaziergang erreicht man einen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke und Blumenladen. The Bus N° 50 takes you in 3 minutes to the city center and in 7 minutes to the train station. N° 80 takes you in 1 minute to the campus. Both buses can be reached within a 3 min. walk from my flat. You can walk everywhere in Göttingen within aprox. 20 minutes. The flat is really quiet since I am the only person living in it. I work the whole day and come late at night but I am always available if you have questions or need some advice.
