Beautiful new stone back yard with patio chairs and an umbrella solar panel so you could enjoy the outside weather (not during the winter). Private Entrance and private parking for one car. There is a bedroom with Queen size bed, Smart TV with Netflix. National and local channels for your enjoyment, Electrical Fireplace, drawers for folded clothes. A small beautiful sitting area with a twin sofa bed for a 3rd person. It also has a desk.In our kitchenette you will find Coffee machine, Toaster, Microwave, Full Sized Frige, basic eating essentials. Great food just couple of blocks away Chinese, Colombian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian, and Pizza. The entrance of the apt in on the left side of the house There is always a very friendly host just a phone call away in case of emergency or if you simply need recommendations on what to do in the area. This house is located only 10 mins from NYC, Newark airport, MetLife Stadium, Horse racing Track and the NEW AMERICAN DREAM MALL where tourist can find it all shopping, food, Nickelodeon amusement park, Dreamworks indoor Water Park, Big Snow Indoor Ski Park and much more.. don't mind driving an additional 10 to 15 mins you will find Liberty State Park, Liberty Science Center, Ferry rides into NYC and Elis Island. If your looking for a day to relax SoJo Spa in Edgewater is also only 15 mins away. HACKENSACK UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER is only 10 minutes away.NightLife entertainment is close by and a huge variety to pick from.
