The Viviendas Rurales Valverde keep the traditional architecture style (stone and wood), surrounded by farms with fruit trees. The apartment is in a building that has two more apartments, it is not the whole house but divided into rural apartments. This apartment is adapted for people with reduced mobility. As you enter it has a kitchen-living room with a large sofa-bed for 2 people and a fireplace. One room with a king-size bed. This room can be adapted and separate the two beds (with 80cm door). Another room with two beds (where you can put an extra bed). Accessible bathroom with 80cm door, shower at ground level with movable screen, with support points and shower seat. Non-slip floor. Wall-hung washbasin with lever-type faucet and reclining mirror. Living room-kitchen fully furnished with modern appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, blender, washing machine, water heater, hair dryer, etc.) It is located on the ground floor of the house with adapted and direct access to parking. Fully equipped for the convenience and comfort of the client. Equipped with heating, television, kitchenware and linen. The facilities have several gardens around the house with tables, chairs and hammocks, a swimming pool (open depending on the weather), ample parking and 2 covered barbecues where meetings can be held in the heat of the fire (all shared with the rest of the apartments) Access to the garden and pool are not adapted. The garden can be accessed by a ramp next to the stairs, without paving, but this garden does not have the proper slope. It has free WIFI connection. We admit pets (you will have a supplement per day / pet and after consultation). They cannot be left alone in the apartments. We do not allow pets in July and August. The apartment is located in Frama, 2.5km from Potes and near the Picos de Europa. From the Viviendas Rurales Valverde, you can go to Potes for a walk as there is a path next to the apartment to walk.
