It’s a simple country stone house on a flat piece of land with trees and plants and an outside wood oven, with a nice sea view. Near the house there is Karavi beach in 250 meters walking distance. Also Livadi (the port), is 1,3 km walking distances. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and an indipendente studio in the basement with a large bedroom for three persons and a bathroom. Total sq. meters 135. There are 4 verandas around the house and a wood oven.
