A delightful small granite cottage, comprising double bedroom with dining table, shower room, and outside courtyard. Includes breakfast items, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The Trinity Arms is a short walk away. Our accommodation, which is an outhouse to the main family home, is close to Jersey's coastpath, walking distance from Bouley Bay, a bus stop and 12 mins drive into town. The characterful property is within the grounds of our traditional Jersey granite house with a large garden and views over to France. Ideal for COVID-19 self-isolation. Guests will have access to parking, large garden and BBQ terrace. May use laundry facilities in main house on request. The property is connected to tv and wifi. We would usually be at home next door during your stay unless we notify you otherwise when you book. We are usually out during the day but you would be welcome to come over and say hello when we are in. The property is in beautiful rural Trinity, surrounded by country lanes, fields and traditional properties. We are a short distance away from several beaches and are on the coast path route above Bouley Bay. Bus route 4 stops a short distance away. We have bikes you may like to use at your own risk. In accordance with Airbnb’s new health and safety guidelines for hosts and guests we provide the following assurances to our guests: • Our Outhouse guest accommodation is a self-contained unit behind the family property. Kate, your host, will be cleaning and making ready the accommodation before your arrival and will greet you from a distance when you arrive, when possible, unless you request otherwise. - We are happy to interact with our guests during their stay, but this will be initiated by the guest, and not the host. - We will not enter the guest accommodation or interact with our guests if any of the following apply to us: - We are actively infected or have tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 30 days. - We suspect we are sick or have been exposed and are awaiting test results to confirm or deny a diagnosis of COVID-19. - We are showing symptoms or are concerned about possible infection of COVID-19. - We’ve had close, sustained contact with an individual confirmed or suspected to be infected with COVID-19, within the last 14 days. We request that guests to whom the above apply, whether in the month before, during, or in the month immediately following your stay please notify us immediately. We will do likewise with our guests. • We, as your hosts, will seek to maintain at all times a 1m physical distance from all people outside of our immediate family whom we live with, with whom we interact during our week. We will all wash our hands regularly. We ask our guests please to do the same. • We will avoid all unnecessary physical contact, and will maintain a physical distance with our guests. • When we as hosts or our guests use the garden furniture for mealtimes they are to use disinfectant spray on the table and chairs afterwards. • Kate of your host family, or a cleaner, will have carried out the cleaning of our guest accommodation and will follow the Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol when doing so, as much as reasonably practicable. • Before you leave our accommodation please would you strip your beds (except of the mattress protector) and place your dirty linen in the laundry basket or bag provided. • If our guests would like further precautions to be taken while they are staying at our property they are welcome to let us know.
