The patio (excluding Winter) has a dining table w/umbrella, additional seating and a gas grill. Guests have access to a hammock between 2 trees in the yard. There are two egress doors to the yard. One from the living room/dining room and another from the bedroom. The laundry and ironing board. is located in a storage area off the bedroom. There is a wood burning, raised hearth fireplace and window seat in the living room/dining room area as well as a Bluetooth enabled sound bar for streaming music from your personal device. Parking is in a designated space in the shared driveway. In season, the hammock in the yard is a shared amenity . We are available by phone/text or by knocking on the door to answer questions about the space and surrounding points of convenience or access. We are happy to interact with you as much as you would like. Shopping and state highways as well as restaurants and town centers of Avon and Simsbury. We recommend getting around by car as there is no public transportation. We are located in a gently sloping, walking or bike riding neighborhood.
