Cozy upstairs apartment for 6 people with private wellness in the village center of Dinteloord within walking distance of the harbor. 30 minutes by car from Rotterdam and Breda, 45 minutes from the North Sea beach. Fully equipped. Wellness with sauna, hammam room, foot bath, jacuzzi, 2 showers and a toilet. The house is above a tea shop of the same owner and has a large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 sports room, roof terrace with roof, bathroom and two toilets. Broadband internet and free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Videoland and NL-channels included on the TVs in wellness, living room and bedrooms. There are no shared spaces, store, home and wellness are completely separate from each other. The washing machine room near the kitchen is basically closed and intended for cleaning. Use washing machine and dryer in consultation. The wellness on the ground floor can be reached via a private access door in the courtyard with the dump bucket. The upstairs apartment and the roof terrace are accessible via a private front door on the ground floor. In the hall behind the front door is a staircase to the house and from this hall you can also reach the courtyard and wellness. None of the spaces described is shared with others. The tea shop under the house (from the same owner) has its own access. Waterhill's Bed & Wellness will open on November 1, 2019. The managers live nearby and can be reached through various channels. Around Dinteloord are the beautiful Prinsland polders and nature reserve "De Dintelse Gorzen" where you can walk. Those who love cycling won't get bored easily. The Saint James pilgrimage that runs from Amsterdam to Antwerp also crosses Dinteloord. Rotterdam Ahoy is a 25-minute drive from this location, so this beautiful location is also good for the Eurovision Song Contest. Waterhill's Bed & Wellness is located in the village center, within a 200m radius you will find the Albert Heijn, Action, Kruidvat, two cafeterias, a pizzeria, three restaurants, bike shop with rental, flower shops, liquor store, bakery, clothing stores, three hairdressing salons and the harbor of Dinteloord. Bus stop 200m from the property and you can park for free along the public road. You can rent bicycles at the adjacent bicycle shop. Tourist tax would pay by us, we do ask you to fill in a form so that we have the correct information to deliver the tax form to the Municipality For the wellness you can rent hamam packages, in which there is a bathrobe, hammam towel, a kese (scrubbing glove), an piece of olive soap and a soothing, moisturizing body wrap with wrappingfilm. The costs are € 8.95 p/p. If you are not interested in this, make sure you have slippers with you, the floor in the wellness can be slippery when it is wet.
