Bright 2nd floor apartment over our garage. Newly renovated space with full kitchen. Quiet location walking distance from downtown Exeter and P.E.A. Amtrak Downeaster is just 1/4 mile away. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher for your use. You have a private bathroom with shower. We live in the main part of the house and will be available by phone, text or email during your stay. Chris and Deb have lived in their home for over 30 years and are looking forward to sharing their historic town with guests. We are 1 mile from the center of downtown Exeter. Great walking town. Portsmouth and beaches are a 20 minute drive. Parking is only for 1 vehicle.
