We will block a breakage security deposit of €3,500 upon arrival. This breakage deposit can be prepaid by credit card(s) or cash. This breakage deposit will be fully refunded within five working days upon check-out and is subject to inspection by the property manager to assess whether there have been any damages to claim. Smoking is allowed outside the property. No parties or events allowed. However, we are pleased for you to play music at a respectable level inside and around the pool.
