It has an own separate entrance (winding stairway) from outside. The entire studio has big window fronts, darkening outside blinds, underfloor heating, and wifi. The single room apartment is perfect for persons traveling alone, couples on vacation on the baltic coast, University freshmen looking for a flat, sailors, and everyone else visiting Greifswald. The apartment is part of our townhouse located in a private road. It is in the heart of the city yet quite with a stunning view to the harbor and the Ryck river. Public transportation (bus) is within 400m walking distance. The central train and bus station can be reached within 15 minutes walking. We live in the same house with our family.
