We offer comfortable accommodation in a newly built luxury cottage with a sauna with a total area of 300 m2, located in the beautiful mountain environment of Mala Fatra, under the Martin Hills (Martin - Kolónia Hviezda). The cottage has three floors and a large sun terrace. At the cottage there is a fireplace with barbecue and grilling and a kettle. It is ideal for 2-3 families with children. In the basement you can use the Finnish sauna with showers, toilet, relaxation area and bar with an area of 140 m2. In a separate area there is a washing machine, a ski storage room and a bicycle storage room. On the ground floor there is a large spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, fireplace, digital smart TV and above-standard equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker). The ground floor has a bedroom with double and bunk beds, bathroom with toilet and shower. The surroundings of the cottage offer several opportunities for relaxation. Visitors can relax peacefully on walks in the woods and meadows. We recommend hiking and cycling for the more demanding. A pleasant hour hike is e.g. to Martinské hole, which you can reach either by hiking trail or Martinská Ferrata. The cottage is 7 km from the center of Martin, only 10 km from the ski resort Martinske Hole. Less than half an hour away by car are well-known ski resorts such as Snowland in Valčianská dolina, SKI PARK on Kubínská hola, Malino brdo and ski and bike park, Vrátna dolina and spa SPA & AQUAPARK Turčianske Teplice, Spa APHrodite Rajecké Teplice.
