The accommodation consists of 2 independent houses, oak grove and tavern cottages. COTTAGE QUERCETO consists of 4 airy light and furnished apartments to create a traditional and modern atmosphere. Each apartment has its own eating space, but there is a lot of space to eat together. On the ground floor of the house, there is a living room with enough space for the whole group to eat together, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, double sink, hob with 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven. On the first floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchenette / diners. There is however the possibility of dividing the first floor into 2 single housing units, if you are on vacation with other couples and prefer a little privacy! On the side of the house with separate entrance there are the 'optional extra' rooms. A double and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room (without kitchen) to hire for large groups. Outside, among the cool of the splendid shading plants, each house has its own garden, its swimming pool with fenced solarium for the exclusive use and reserved for guests, its parking, its barbecue for fabulous outdoor barbecues with friends and in family.. the large gardens are perfect for children who are welcome to play outdoors. a valley full of vegetation and particularly quiet, ideal for those who love a relaxing holiday. the houses are 200 meters away, so everyone has their privacy. We live nearby and are always available for help and travel tips.
