As you enter GEORGEHAM THORNCLOSE BARN you will feel immediately at home. A beautifully presented home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, wood burning stove, mezzanine level, dining room, utility room, and outside entertainment areas and lawn. Private off-street parking is provided for up to 6 cars on the driveway. LIVING AREAS Cosy up in front of a large wood burning fireplace in the main sitting room (logs can be added to your booking basket). There is seating for 8 on an L-shaped sofa and two armchairs. Sliding double doors give you access to the garden from this room. Home entertainment includes a flatscreen smart TV with Freeview, WiFi internet access, books and games. There are also ceiling speakers which can be connected to via bluetooth from iPods, iPhones etc. There is a second living area on a mezzanine level. A lovely space with a glass surround, double sofa bed, two armchairs and flatscreen TV, DVD player and play station. Under floor heating throughout. DINING ROOM The fantastic hall with double height ceiling is where you will find a large extending dining table seating 12 people (extends up to 3 metres in length). A high chair is provided. Full of character and charm, this room has exposed beams, and a wooden staircase leading up to the glass fronted mezzanine area. This room also has ceiling speakers which can be connected to via bluetooth. KITCHEN A fantastic kitchen, superbly equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen has a table with bar seating for 6 people. Speakers in the ceiling connect to central bluetooth audio device. Appliances include a fridge/freezer with ice cube dispenser, double oven, grill, electric induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere as well as all other essential kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery (including children's). A washing machine and ironing facilities are found in the utility room. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room. Plenty of hanging and storage space. Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with king size bed, en suite shower room and a large walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3: A versatile bedroom sleeping up to 4 people. There are 2 x loft beds and 1 x double bed. There is useful hanging space and cube storage benches. Bedroom 4: Twin bedroom with 2 x single beds which can be zip-linked to form a super king size bed (upon request).
