Modern, spacious and fresh bedroom and private bathroom. This newly finished basement bedroom has a new firm quality mattress. The bedroom has dimming lights to fit your needs. The bathroom has a Bluetooth exhaust vent that plays music. You will have a private mini fridge and microwave. Our space feels fresh, new and we pride ourselves of having it perfectly clean. Aside from the bedroom and bathroom the guest will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, and backyard patio upstairs. Anything other than the bedroom and bathroom downstairs is out of limits. We are very friendly people so we are always open to have conversations. However, we completely understand if you choose to not have conversations. You will have direct access to the basement door as soon as you come in so most of the time we do not physically see our guests come into and out of the house. The area we live in is calm and we know our neighbors well. I love how you can go 10 minutes north west its country and acres of cornfields but you go north/northeast you have downtown Plainfield, Naperville. The nearby stores are Westfield restaurant, Supertacos, Aldi, Walgreens. There are so many beautiful qualities of our location. Everyone uses a car to get around but you can also call uber/lyft who service the area. If you want to tour Chicago there is a PACE bus that charges $4.50 to Chicago and $4.50 to come back. An important note is that we do own a black labrador (dog). He is friendly but he will bark when he senses someone at the door. Currently, we work from home so we are home most of the time. We do have two small children and most likely you will hear the noise. We try to be as accommodating as possible but please keep in mind they are small children. There will be parking in the street. Preferably, please park in the opposite side of the road to prevent from blocking the mailbox.
