Just three minutes' drive from Swanpool's gorgeous beach and salt-water lagoon, you'll discover Ash Barn; a modern, granite barn conversion in a pretty rural location overlooking Falmouth's golf course. Designed with entertaining in mind, this home has a fantastic outdoor space with no less than two patios. Furnished with tables and seating, there is a covered barbecue area on one side and a wooden deck on the other; perfect for whiling away the evenings with a glass of something cold in hand, or for chatting about the day's activities over a scrumptious outdoor meal. A spacious central courtyard garden invites time spent outdoors enjoying the fresh, Cornish sea air and for those families who love to take their dogs along on holiday, it makes for a great place for them to stretch their legs or enjoy a game of catch. Stepping inside, guests are greeted by a bright, open-plan living area with sink-in sofas and a chunky wooden dining table and chairs. Creating the heart of the home, this is also where the kitchen is located which is well-equipped with a range of appliances as well as plenty of work-top space. Ideal for cooking a few family favourites in or for whipping up a full English before nipping off to the beach, it's just the place to spend time socialising together, with a warm and inviting ambience that makes relaxing into the Cornish way of life effortless. Upstairs are two lovely bedrooms sleeping five guests, both of which are furnished to a high standard with crisp, white linen and countryside views, as well as lots of hanging space for clothing. The family bathroom can also be found on this floor and is a good size with a large bath and shower over. Just a ten-minute walk away from the coast path and Swanpool beach, and just a short drive from Falmouth, this home is ideally located to enjoy the best of everything this beautiful part of the Cornish coast has to offer. Ash barn is situated in a peaceful area and caters for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall. If your booking falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements. Security Deposit We ask our guests for a £250 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.  Pets Up to 2 well behaved dogs are accepted at this property, subject to an additional fee of £35 per dog per week, which we will collect once your booking is in place
