Mtunzini B & B - Ngoye lodge - Dube (Zebra) Room

Ngoye Lodge, set in lush indigenous gardens offering guests a nature rich and relaxing experience. It's up to you whether you opt to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings and sea breeze or join in the multitude of outdoor activities that are available. Go kayaking on our Umlalazi Lagoon, for example, is just one of the many activities available. We are surrounded with numerous unique birding spots such as - Ongoye Forest (home to the Green Barbet) is a 30 minute drive from the lodge.. This bedroom has it's own separate entrance and private verandah. The room is equipped with a small fridge, tea/coffee tray, DSTV (selected channels) and is air-conditioned. The communal area for self-catering is lovely and spacious fitted with all the necessities. Guests have access to the entire lodge, they are given their own set of keys and a gate remote so they can come and go freely during there stay with us. The lodge is fully equipped for self catering and our guests will not need to bring anything along. Free parking on site and free access park to Umlalazi nature reserve I am also available to take our guests on any of our many magnificent walks in and around Mtunzini Guests at the lodge have access to our Nature Reserve, a beautiful un-spoilt beach and lagoon which is perfect for hiking trails, surfing, fishing, kite surfing and paddle ski-ing. Mtunzini is a small coastal village so guests will quickly get to know the locals and be made to feel at home. Mtunzini - "Place in the Shade" is known for it's magnificent beaches, Raphia Palm Forests, Mangrove Swamps and our stunning lagoon area all accessed through Umlalazi Nature Reserve - complimentary access cards are given to all our guests to gain access to this magnificent Nature Reserve. Secure parking is available for all our guests. We are right next door to Twigs which is a wonderful coffee and gift shop and serves delicious breakfasts, lunches, cakes etc. Our local supermarket is approximately 1.5 km away. If you have a bicycle bring it along, most amenities are close by. Unfortunately their is no public transport available so guest will have to hire a vehicle privately if you would like to travel outside the village. We provide all linen, towels and a cleaning service. We have DSTV and Wi-Fi facilities at the lodge. The lodge is very safe and secure. Beach towels, sun hat and sunscreen! Breakfast is available at an additional fee of ZAR150 per person.
