Fenton Hill, by Golden Rock

Beautiful Fenton Hill sits in the hills within walking distance of the gorgeous, popular Golden Rock Inn. Always cool and breezy with phenominal views of the ocean and mountains. On a clear day, you can see nearby neighboring islands from the pool deck. This villa offers 3 en-suite bedrooms, an office, a half bath by the pool, a large laundry room and beautiful granite kitchen with ss appliances. This home appears secluded and private, but is very secure, and other homes are nearby. Air conditioning is rarely needed. However, the master bedroom has air conditioning and there is a portable unit in bedroom 3. There is no heater as we are in the Tropics and that is never needed. There is shopping close by and most beaches can be accessed within a 10-15 minute drive. Besides Golden Rock, there are restaurants within a short drive and plenty of activities for all within walking distance or a short drive. Guest will be able to access all three bedrooms and baths. They have full access to a private pool and gourmet kitchen. The owners or rental agent, Cathy are almost always available for your needs. Fenton Hill is located in one of the prettiest and coolest area’s of Nevis. It is in a rain forest environment extremely close to Golden Rock with it’s fantastic landscape. I would recommend renting a car or small jeep to get around Nevis. The owners may have a jeep type vehicle available to rent. Much is off the beaten path, so a 4 wheel drive is very easy to rent to enjoy those trips. There is snorkeling and diving within a 15 minute drive and Funky Monkey tours just a short drive away, along with great food and dining. Fenton Hill is located a very short distance from Golden Rock, which is one of the most beautiful places in Nevis. Restaurant prices are reasonable and the food is wonderful. Gardens are gorgeous, so this is one place you should definitely visit, along with our many other wonderful restaurants and gardens.
