Per last guest: "I was very fortunate to be living here when the Pandemic arrived as it provides a separate entrance off of the driveway to a separate apartment with a hall and a bathroom. A brick wall separates this space from the rest of the house. It has all of the amenities I wanted and then some. Everything that was described about this place was accurate. Located on quiet cul-de-sac w/friendly neighbors near a shopping center and parks.... Nina is an amazing host." Perfect for 1-2 guests. Sunlit, street level efficiency unit in rambler in safe. quiet neighborhood, with everything you need for a comfortable, temporary stay whether for a work or study assignment. Private entrance, private bath. Bedroom, bathroom and garden in season. I am available by phone and email to offer help throughout your stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood of family homes. 2 blocks from bus stop to Metro. Driveway and on street parking available.
