Bramble @Waingrove Farm and Fishing Lake

Bramble cottage at Waingrove Farm is one of two delightful, fully equipped holiday cottages. We are situated in a very quiet, rural location, approximately 6 miles from Louth and half a mile from Fulstow village The cottage has been lovingly restored from an old farm building and is immaculately maintained. The cottage has traditional old pine furniture, pale walls and fresh country style linens as well as original wooden beams. Bramble overlooks a private courtyard. There is a private garden with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is a small tourist information office on site, which also has maps, books and a selection of DVDs. The cottage is very quiet, well off the beaten track. Guests are free to walk around the farm, we have a fishing lake situated at the rear of the cottages. Fishing is free for guests. We have horses , and our collection of chickens and ducks are free range. A very warm welcome awaits your arrival. We are situated just 6 miles from Louth, also known as The Capital of the Wolds. Louth is a lovely market town with a beautiful church, gorgeous open parks , Westgate Fields and Hubbards Hills , and many bespoke shops. There are numerous pubs and eateries, from traditional old English to Tapas bars. Farmers markets are held regularly in the market square. There is a well preserved Art Deco style cinema in Louth. We are very rural, so you will need transport ! We are afew yards from the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway, steam engines run at certain times such as Bank Holidays and Sundays. The engines can be heard periodically from the farm grounds.
