The Sears House

Like many others existing in Chester County, this is a Craftsman style, Sears and Roebuck mail order bungalow house. It was built in 1922 by Oliver Baldwin after a previous stone house was destroyed by fire Located right next door to our restaurants, the Marshalton Inn and Four Dogs Tavern in the Historic village of Marshallton. Within 3 miles from Cheslen Preserve and Stroud Preserve for hiking and walks. Six miles from Longwood Gardens.
