Spacious luxury apartment in the city centre

Enjoy Pilsen from our luxurious apartment Petakovka. Petakovka is located 8 mins walk from the main square, 3 mins from lively Americka street. The apartment was newly built on the top of the older building so it is new and it was never used before. Petakovka accommodates up to six adults, so it is excellent option for groups of friends or bigger families. But if it is only two or three of you, you can easily stay just downstairs in the master bedroom and not use two bedrooms upstairs. PLEASE NOTE, Petakovka is in the third floor with no lift available. But honestly, this is the only catch. Otherwise, there is fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is large bathroom with big bathtub and soft towels. There is one master bedroom with king size bed and balcony with two comfortable chairs and small electric grill. Upstairs there are two small guest bedrooms. And of course there is stylish large and elegant living room with huge sofa which two people can comfortably sleep on. Everything is completely new, clean and elegant. We ourselves will move in when our baby gets older, so until then the place is at your disposal. If you travel with baby, we can offer travel bed, high chair and other equipment which saves place in your car or suitcase. We will meet you at the beginning of your stay and we will of course respect your privacy, but have in mind that we live nearby and we will be more than happy to have a beer or dinner with you, just let us know. Petákovka is located in quiet street despite being literally few steps from the centre. In the direct neigbourhood of our building there is school, bank and city offices, so evenings and weekends are very quiet. But the main square of Pilsen is only 8 minutes walk from our apartment and lively Americka street, where there are shops, bars and restaurants is only 3 minutes walk away. You can park your car in front of the house for approximately 80 cents/hour (due Monday - Friday 7 am – 7 pm) or for free in neighbouring streets.
