Home Eleven: Large house in the Village

This spacious three-bedroom home is the perfect place to relax. There is a king-size bed, and the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. The house features an open kitchen/living/dining area, washer & dryer, Amazon Firestick with Netflix, parking for up to 3 vehicles, back deck with beautiful views. This is the upper level of a house so there are occasional tenants downstairs but the units are separate. We love dogs - they are welcome but please tell us a bit about your furry friends. The house is a five minute walk from the center of Village of Saugerties, five minute drive to Hits, the Saugerties Beach and the Esopus Creek (to the Hudson River), 15 minutes to Woodstock and Kingston and surrounded by hiking and sightseeing, boating and fishing. This unit is the upstairs of a bi-level home so there are occasional tenants downstairs - both units are separate. The house has central air conditioning, wifi, Amazon Firestick and more. We want you to be as comfortable and happy as possible. If you have any requests or questions - please let us know! We look forward to having you stay with us. Guests have access to the top half of the house and upper driveway. We are around if you need us. Saugerties is a great little town with a lot to offer . It's about a two to two and a half hour drive from Manhattan/Brooklyn, exit 20 on the NYS Thruway. There's lots to do including hiking, sightseeing, swimming, beaching and kayak rentals. Saugerties has great restaurants and is known for it's antiquing. The town is 10-15 mins from Woodstock and Kingston plus much more. You are in walking distance from everything the Village has to offer but it's best to have a car to do anything else. It's difficult to get to the house from the bus or train. There is parking for up to three vehicles - possibly four. Please let us know how many people you are coming with so that we can be prepared. Thanks
