With its 97 sqm it is a great choice for up to 5 people (for a whole family with children or even a couple who wants to enjoy their holiday in a spacious and comfortable house in Lipno). Ground floor: entrance hall, separate toilet, entrance door to the living room with a fireplace and an exit to the covered terrace, a kitchen corner and a dining table. First floor: corridor, first bedroom with 2 beds, second bedroom with 3 beds, bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. Apart from the free parking spot right infront of the house there is some additional parking approx. 2 minutes walk from the house. I can be reached on my private mobile at any point of your stay. Lipno lake is located about 25 km form Cesky Krumlov Unesco Historical site and the beautiful Hluboka Palace. There is a plenty to do all year around with or without kids - cross country and downhill skiing in one of 3 nearby ski resorts (Lipno, Hochficht and Sternstein), hiking, biking, swimming, sailing, windsurfing and iceskating or you can visit one of the near by medieval towns such as Český Krumlov or Hluboká, a South Bohemian jewel located at the Vltava river offering the visit of beautiful chateau with a large park or the largest South Bohemian ZOO with more than 300 animal species. Kids will appreciate a large number of well-maintained playgrounds (one of them right in front of the house), sandy beaches, an AquaPark in near Frymburk, an indoor Jungle Gym in Lipno or a sightseeing cruise with a generous program for children.
