(We offer discounts weekly/monthly check dates to see discount) Our Cottage is a stand-alone unit, with a private entrance. Our unit is thoroughly sanitized after each guest. All bedding, towels & pillows are washed, sanitized after every guest with hospital grade products. We take great pride in our cleanliness standards. We are in a great neighborhood. We do have a medium-sized dog on our property, kept inside. We are consistently making upgrades to our cottage based on guests' suggestions, we want our guests to feel at home. Guests can park on street or in driveway, which ever is convenient for you & can enter/exit through side access. Cottage has a keypad entry. minimal quiet neighborhood, walkable neighborhood with Trader Joe’s and other shops within walking distance Castro Valley BART is close by, 10 min walk-5 min by car, easy access to 580/880. no excessive loud noise, no extra company, no smoking inside cottage or on property (cannabis or cigarettes). There is a small gate which separates our yard from front yard for cottage, please do not enter into our yard. Our dog is let out to use the main house portion of the yard.
