Super safe neighborhood to enjoy morning and evening outdoor walks. Minutes from I77, 485 and downtown Charlotte. If you're looking for a place with peace and quiet, you've found it! We're set back off the road on a 3 acre lot completely surrounded by woods. Guests have a private room and private attached bath with shower & tub. Full access to kitchen, back porch and backyard. Washer & dryer also available for use. Guest room is equipped with mini-fridge. The host and hostess are available by phone, text or email during your stay. We pretty much stay out of the way during your stay unless you need us. We’re also there to answer any questions or point you to good shopping or eats! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great for early morning and evening walks. Free, on site parking available. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. You won’t believe you’re so close to things as quiet as it is. The house is out of the way and in a quiet, wooded sanctuary. Shopping and restaurants are near by. We’re also just a few minutes from the airport, Carowinds and downtown Charlotte.
