Le Poulailler is a luxurious and comfortable, sunny holiday home

Within The house is a completely restored stable complex converted into a house. We have chosen the name Le Poulailler, or The Chicken House, because of the original breeding spots of the ladies: a large hole in the wall containing "shelves" of slate that form 6 nests. These can of course still be admired. On the ground floor, in a beautiful old vault, is the living room with an open kitchen. There is a comfortable three-seater sofa (four also works .....), two armchairs, a TV with DVD player, a dining table with chairs (high chair available). The kitchen is modern and equipped with all necessities: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, large oven, separate microwave, good pans!, coffee maker, percolator, blender, blender, large amount of crockery and glassware and cutlery and kitchen utensils. On the ground floor there is a spacious bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower, a double washbasin and a toilet. On the floor is a second toilet and a fountain. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), one with two separate beds (80 x 200 cm) that you can also slide together and on the landing is another sleeping space with a bed of 90 x 200 cm. Spacious wardrobes are available in the rooms. A child's bed can be placed in one of the bedrooms as desired. There are books for both children and adults, brochures from the tourist office, cycling and walking maps and copies thereof with marked routes. There is heating throughout the house. The house is well insulated, making it pleasant even in winter. There is free WiFi available. Outside When the weather is nice, you can use a spacious summer kitchen that offers a lovely living space with worktop, sink, 4-burner gas hob, pans, crockery and cutlery, oven, fridge, coffee maker and a dining table with chairs. There are herbs in the garden that you can pick to prepare your meals. There is a washing machine, a drying rack and washing lines. There is a BBQ, garden furniture, inflatable pools, sandpit. Cycling e. d. can be placed in a lockable space. We also have a few bicycles for rent (two randonneurs, a mountain bike and a racing bike). Swimming is possible in the river Alagnon, which offers many beaches and in Blesle you can enjoy paddling in the stream that runs through the town. Because we have our own water purification, where we use the purified water to irrigate the garden, we ask you to use the available biodegradable cleaning agents and washing and dishwashing agents.
