The Eichsfeld thermal baths await you for relaxing hours in Heilbad Heiligenstadt, just 5 km away. Thanks to its central location, day trips to Erfurt, Mühlhausen, Gotha or Göttingen are easily possible by train. The connection to the A38 also makes it possible to reach many excursion destinations. Discover the Eichsfeld / Hainich Nature Park, Werra Valley in the nature park center just 10 km away or immerse yourself in the history of the inner-German border in various border museums.
