Welcome to our mountain fairy! (Family-friendly holiday home in Klippitztörl)
We, the Szabady family, would like to invite you to a cozy stay in our very lovingly furnished and valued mountain fairy. The mountain fairy was built as a family project in the summer of last year and now serves as a resort in all seasons - not only for us, but also for you. The special thing about the mountain fairy is the breathtaking view of the mountains (tip: a morning coffee on the terrace with this view and this fresh mountain air - just wonderful). The mountain fairy can with its 140sqm and two floors max. Record 6 people. On the ground floor are the kitchen, the living room with terrace access and the "master" bedroom with a 180cm wide double bed (two single mattresses) and a separate bathroom (incl. Shower). There is another bathroom next to the hall. On the upper floor, two people can sleep in the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a 160cm double bed (two single mattresses) and the other bedroom has 2 single beds (both 90cm wide). The Bergfee u. a. for skiers a ski boot dryer in the hallway, for dishwashing lazy guests a dishwasher and for coffee drinkers a coffee machine (all devices are new or only a few months old). There is also a grand children's play kitchen, a fold-out cot and a high chair for children. In the additional costs, we would like to point out that the following costs are included: > Flat fee for final cleaning at € 120 > Tourist tax at € 2.50 per person per night The following costs will be charged separately when booking: > Bed linen and towel package at € 20 per person The mountain fairy is a sensation and an absolute gem for us! We attach great importance to order and very good care. We therefore only wish to receive requests from non-smokers, guests with a minimum age of 25 and guests without pets.
