The house is located 700 m from the center of the village of Maureillas. It has been completely renovated in 2009. It has a pretty guest room on the ground floor with independent access. This room also overlooks a beautiful garden planted with 1200 m², in the center of which is an ecological swimming pool or natural swimming. Its location is ideal for visiting all of Catalonia, as it is 8 km from the Spanish border (Le Perthus), 6 km from Céret, 3 km from the station of the Thermes du Boulou and respectively 25 km from the sea, Perpignan and Figueres, 28 km from the famous port of Collioure. The room measures 26 m² has a large bed 160 x 190, a sofa bed for a child, an armchair, a table and chairs, a corner with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes and an electric plate. TV and Wifi access. The bathroom is modern with a shower, sink and toilet. A terrace with table and chairs and sunbathing. Guests are facing the ecological pool. The breakfasts are taken on the first floor on the terrace facing the Canigou (Catalan mythical mountain) or in the dining-room if the weather does not allow it.
