The villa owners are happy to welcome families to the villa although due to the location, stairways and balconies parents must be responsible for their child's safety. Cool & Comfortable This lovely property is located 1300 ft above sea level, with a constant breeze blowing directly from the rainforest. There are fans available for guests to use at the villa. Made from volcanic stone and solid greenheart the villas have very cool interiors. Plunge Pool, Privacy & Patio Guests can enjoy relaxing upon comfortable lounge furniture alongside a refreshing private plunge pool with the Petite Piton view almost impossibly close by. Beach & Restaurant just 5 mins Drive Away this property puts you close to the restaurants: The nearest restaurants are 1. Boucan Restaurant 5 mins drive 2. Dasheen restaurant at the Ladera Resort is 6 mins drive away.3. Fond Doux Cocoa Restaurantand; is 8 mins drive away. On the top of the mountain but 7 minute drive to the Soufriere Beach or 15 minute drive to either Sugar Beach Resort or Anse Chastanet Beach. The closest beach is the Malgretoute Beach at the bottom of the Petite Piton. With the Sugar Beach Resort a further 5 minute drive up the road from the Malgretoute Beach. La Haut Restaurant is only about a 3-5mins drive away All other restaurants and Soufriere town, Orlando's, Hummingbird Restaurant, Petite Peak, are only a short drive away. The beaches, bars and restaurants are just a 10 minute drive away whilst the house sits peacefully upon a serene tropical hillside framed with landscaped fragrant gardens.
