This room has a queen mattress/box spring. Shared bathroom with tub/shower. The home has always been smoke-free. If your group requires more bedrooms, we have additional upstairs bedrooms listed separately. We welcome feedback on how we can make your stay in beautiful American Fork a great experience. We live a few minutes from the mouth of American Fork Canyon and just down the hill from the Mount Timpanogos Temple. Recreation areas in American Fork Canyon and Provo Canyon are just minutes away. The new Evermore Park and shopping areas are just a 5 minute drive away. In addition to your private bedroom you'll have access to shared areas on main floor-- kitchen & family room, and a separate living room area. Large back yard with benches and picnic table. We're available to answer questions and direct you to local attractions to make your stay more enjoyable. Quiet upscale cul-de-sac within walking distance of Art Dye Park, the American Fork Amphitheater & park, and LDS Temple grounds. Security monitoring cameras are present on the property for the safety of guests and hosts. Security cameras are located around the exterior of the house as well as in garage and interior entryways. These cameras may record video footage in these areas. No cameras are located in any private area.
