Villa San Biagio – Pistoia Area Set among olive groves and fruit trees in the beautiful Tuscany countryside, Villa San Biagio is a lovely villa with a private pool close to the small town of Casalguidi. A short drive away, you will find shops and restaurants in Casalguidi (1.9km), the Pistoia Hills and mountains (winter skiing) and the thermal spas of Montecatini. The villa is also an excellent starting point for day trips to the art cities of Florence, Pisa and Lucca or a visit to the famous beaches of Versilia, such as Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. The 450 square meter villa develops over 2 levels. GROUND FLOOR From the main entrance on the ground floor, you find a spacious lounge with direct access to a veranda (via sliding doors) which has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, a dining table and a piano arranged around an open fireplace. There is also a second, cosy living area furnished with rustic armchairs, a dining table and chairs and a fireplace and, a well-equipped kitchen with modern facilities. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, a twin bedroom which can be converted into a double by pushing the beds together, and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
