A lovely, spacious Victorian house, with modern facilities in a quiet suburb, but close to all local amenities walking distance to the TT course , swimming pool, Mooragh Park. Secure off road parking. Ideal for families or groups walking and cycling holidays. Spread out, kick off your shoes and relax. Unlimited broadband and Netflix available. This is a traditional Victorian house built in 1901, as such it combines large living areas, beautiful corniced ceilings and other Victorian features together with all modern amenities for guests comfort. The house has a large garden on 3 sides of the house and maximises the sunny aspects. As shown in the pictures. Nobody else will be accessing the house and gardens during your stay. This is a quiet residential suburb of Ramsey, but within a mile of the town and harbour with a footpath to the lovely Mooragh Park and amenities. Ramsey itself has a lovely highstreet with many independent shops and eateries. The house is outside the TT course which means you are able to access other areas of the island during races. The local bus stop is at the end of Grove Mount (300m) . There is also easy access in the town centre (1km) to the electric tram that takes you to Laxey and Douglas which is a unique way to see the stunning sea views on the east coast of the island and surrounding Ramsey coastline.
