A beautiful cottage, in a private garden in an exclusive cul de sac within 2 mins walk of the town centre, 5 min river walk to the town centre. Large spacious rooms, Super king bed, jacuzzi bath, power shower, log burner, patio area with fire pit. Perfect base to explore, North Scotland and Orkney, but come home to luxury and comfort. Entire building to yourself looking on to garden and summer house with private parking. Open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area. Smart TV, log fire and patio door looking on to garden and summer house. Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. A well equipped kitchen with dishes, pans, and pasta dishes. Salt, oils, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, jams gives a good base to cook meals if preferred. Large bathroom with Jacuzzi, power shower and underfloor heating, is the perfect place to end a long day travelling or sightseeing. Huge bedroom with SUPER king size bed, duck quilt and pillows providing a quality nights sleep. Outside private patio area, with fire pit and outside chairs to chill with a bottle of wine if you dont fancy going out. Entire cottage, patio area and car park space is for their sole use. Key box and self check in to give you the flexibility of coming when it suits you. Check in from 2.00pm, check out by 10.30am. The scenery and location is unique. Beautiful cliff, beach and historical sites for those that like a walk. Dunnett Gin Distillery, Thurso micro Brewery, Pulteney Distillery for those who like a tipple. Seacoast trips, with regular sittings of our beautiful family of Orca whales throughout the summer. Beautiful harbours, Whalligoe steps, Wick Heritage Centre, Pipe Band on the street every Saturday in the summer, every night the first week of July, and their weekly Wednesday night concert with highland dancers from Easter. River walk from cottage to town centre, and day trips to Orkney easily achievable. One night doesn't do it justice. 2 min walk from train station and bus stop. Free parking in the drive outside the cottage. Lovely relaxing cottage, to recharge your batteries. We have an adorable and well behaved cocker spaniel who thinks they are the hosts, and likes to welcome our guests.
