quiet room close to beach

Many stores, restaurants, beach and entertainment within walking distance. Has pool, walk to beach even boat if here on weekend and available. Great for couple or needing privacy and quiet and want to go to beach. Pictures and references upon request. It is 50 steps to beach, 5 minute walk to parks and restaurants. Guest can use all spaces except my bedroom and bathroom. I am always available through phone and usually available nights and weekends. The neighborhood is very safe and quaint. Great restaurants, beach and parks for biking. There tennis courts 15 minute walk and 1 night club. It is an Island so it is very safe for walking at all hours. Uber and Lyft available to go to restaurants. There is a bicycle called LimeBike. It is like the Citibike except you can leave the bike anywhere. It is $1.00 for 1/2 hour. There is also a service called Feebie for transportation. You are walking distance from restaurants, grocery store, tennis courts. There is also a bus that takes you to downtown miami. 20 minutes from Miami Airport. Certain times i can take you out on boat for a fee, paddleboarding. I have a dog.
