Gecko Cottage

Gecko Cottage is a perfect isolation or private space. No neighbours. The cottage is totally self contained and fully walled. Automatic entrance gate, own parking away from other vehicles. This Private cottage accommodation is close to both the Malelane Kruger gate (19km) and Croc river Kruger gate (25km). Private Garden with Deck and personal swimming pool. Gecko cottage is approximately 86 m², in approx 300 m² gardens, with 2 bedrooms one being a double and one being a twin . The main bedroom has an en-suite shower, toilet and basin. There is an additional family bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The living area consists of an open planned lounge with Netflix TV and lots of reading material and family games. There is a breakfast seating area for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen with Oven and Hob. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery, towels also provided. There is also a washing machine. All doors open on to the garden and a lovely covered patio with outside table, chairs and a braai . Inside the cottage is non smoking however ashtrays are provided on the undercover patio area, vaping is permitted inside :-) Situated in the small village of Hectorspruit, which has the availability of a small corner shop, Bottle store, Butchery and the historical Buffalo Hotel, with bar and restaurant. We are 20 min drive into the Kruger Park, either by Crocodile Bridge or Malelane Gate. Swaziland is a 30 min drive to Jeppe Reef Border post and a 20 min drive to Lebombo (Moz) Border Post. Unfortunately, there is no public transport available The property cannot accommodate more than 4 people. Gecko Cottage is totally private, this is all your space. Due to Covid-19, I will be available at all times via the Cell phone or (Hidden by Airbnb) . I can assist you. Hectorspruit is a lovely quiet neighbourhood. It is safe to walk to the nearest shops and bar during the day. Our neighbourhood has a bar, butchers, small corner shop (closes at 5.30pm) and a bottle store (a place to buy Alcohol). There is no public transport in this area. Sometimes we do have power outages, these are beyond our control.
