The apartment is suitable for 2-6 persons, but ideally for 2-4 persons. It has a wonderful view of the Zillertal and the surrounding mountain world. It is located a few steps above the garage, where you 1 parking space is available. The house has only two parties, is located on a hill and is therefore in a very quiet location. Nevertheless, you reach the Gerlossteinbahn, the bus stop and the two hotel restaurants within only 5 minutes walk. The nearest town Zell am Ziller can be reached in about 6 minutes by car. There are shops for food, jewelry, flowers, and clothing / shoes / sports equipment. You will also find there a pharmacy, doctors, a post office, inns and restaurants, bakeries, meat and sausage shops and hairdressers and two tobacconists. The valley station of the Zillertal Arena is only a 9-minute drive away. From the apartment you can also drive towards the ski area Gerlos or Königsleiten. A ski rental is z. B. directly at the valley station of the Zillertal Arena or in about 4 minutes walk you can also reach one nearby. Two toboggan rentals are available directly at the Gerlossteinbahn, which leads to the longest toboggan run in the Zillertal. Domestic equipments: Our apartment "Point Zillertalblick" has an east-west-facing bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed, spacious wardrobes. The furniture is made of real spruce wood - here it sleeps better. There is a bathroom with a bath, sink with mirror, shelves, a toilet and a window. The spacious hallway offers plenty of space for shoes, jackets, suitcases or bags. The heart of the apartment is the large living room with fireplace. The tiled stove is heated on request in winter for you (with surcharge). The high-quality wood paneling on the ceiling and in the living area is an eye-catcher and the cozy corner sofa invites you to relax. The TV corner is also processed with spruce wood. The apartment is also equipped with radio / CD player, Smart TV, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee filter machine, free Wi-Fi and games for children. The bed linen, 1 towel and 1 bath towel per person, 2 tea towels and 1 toilet roll are also provided and is included.
