The cottage has a lobby way for boots and shoes with a downstairs toilet as well as a bath with Shower and toilet upstairs. There is a modern well equipped kitchen with fridge microwave cooker Hob washer dryer. The living room has a lovely log fire. Upstairs bedroom one has two single beds, Bedroom two has a double bed. The third bedroom which Ieads off bedroom two has a new good quality fold away bed, which in turn leads to the upstairs bathroom. Storage heaters provide a warm and cosy environment. There is a travel cot a stair gate and a high chair. The large enclosed garden provides privacy and space to relax with a table and seating. The garden is accessed from a path which leads off the courtyard. No Smoking Well behaved dogs are allowed
