It is close to Hermanus Golf Course and the Fernkloof Nature Reserve, and guests can enjoy mountain views from the property. The main bedroom is upstairs and contains a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and contains a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has access to a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. The fourth and fifth en-suite bedrooms are in the guest cottage with a double bed and three-quarter bed, respectively. One of the bathrooms has a shower and bath and the other has a shower only. The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, as well as a separate TV lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, built-in cappuccino machine and cleaning materials. There is also a laundry equipped with a washing machine and tumble-dryer. The house features a lap pool, a stocked wine cellar, a TV with selected DSTV channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube, Bluetooth connectivity to discoverable devices, DVD player, a CD player, games, and toiletries, as well as an outdoor sitting area, outdoor dining, braai facilities, a large private garden, shady areas for relaxation and reading, and parking for guests.
