Comfortable Beach House

The house is a traditional seaside home, with wooden cladding and wooden floors. The house has both WiFi and DSTV, as well as air-conditioning in the living areas. The Bushmans River is a very short walk from the house. The ocean beaches are about a 10-minute walk. Nestled in the trees, the morning sunshine bathes the deck and provides a lovely entertainment space. The majority of the house is laid out on the first floor, which is accessed from a short flight of stairs. The deck extends from the living room and is perfect for morning brunches or afternoon cocktails. This is a happy family home, with lots of old memories. House Theron is nicely situated, close to the Bushmans river beach (50m), and close to the sea if you follow Ocean view drive. Nicole's supermarket is within walking distance. Red Apple & The Sandbar close by to have a meal. Across the river, Kenton has supermarkets, restaurants, Petrol station, Post office, novelty shops, etc. Please look inside the Welcome book for info on the area as well as emergency numbers. There is a palisade fence around the property, with an alarm system, but no garage - only a car-port.
