Beach house and sauna 40 minutes from Stockholm

A beach house close to nature outside of Nykvarn. Try the sauna, take a look at the beaver hut, go out on the lake on the raft, grill, fish, sit by the fire (inside or outside) or have a coffee and look out over the lake. Three houses: 80 m2 (big house), 26 m2 (lake house) and 14 m2 (forest house). Enjoy games (inside or outside), air rifle, badminton and lots of fun things on the grounds. Close to golf course, shooting range, Mariefred, Gripsholms Castle, Strängnäs and Taxinge Mannor. The house is at the end of the road and will give you the privacy that you need to wind down. All three houses have a lake view and the big house has a deck. There is also a deck on the lawn also with lake views. The lake house houses the sauna and is big enough for four people at the time. Beyond the forest house is the fire grounds. If you cross a stone bridge and a small stream, and walk along the lake you will find a beaver hut after 150m. A big lawn frames the area between the lake house and the big house with the woods on one side and the lake on the other. All areas expect a locked closet and a locked shed. I will be abroad or in Stockholm and possibly be able to come if needed. The last house on a road located by a small lake. If you are going for a walk. Follow the road and walk around the lake by cutting into the forest at the first meeting place sign (M). You can also walk the Sörmlandsleden which is close. 6-7 parking spaces. Car is recommended. The raft has a chargeable electric engine with two batteries (on the raft). To get a better smell from the water use the small tap in the kitchen and wait for a green light. There is some iron in the water being pumped up. It is only a smell and it has been tested.
