A charming and undisturbed place with large grounds that originally was the place of a historic mill and today is built with a nice house with a unique view of the fields and the beautiful southern coast of Møn. A big garden is part of the property, and whenever the wind is blowing, you can always find shelter in the beautifully preserved old mill fieldstone foundation that gives great room for an outdoor lunch or barbeque. The house is a unique treasure for those who want peace and tranquillity and enjoys beautiful countryside and stunning views. The property The house includes 2 bedrooms, but has also more sleeping facilities. There are 5 beds in the ground floor of the house. In addition, there are several additional mattresses available. The house has a lovely bathroom and kitchen. The house is heated by a wood burning stove, but electric heating is also available. The entire house and house grounds. There is 2 km to Klintholm Havn where you can shop, go to a restaurant, enjoy the life on the docks or visit the nearby beautiful beaches. There are several charming local restaurants on the island. Stege, the largest city on Møn, is 15 km away and here you can find more shops, restaurants, a cinema etc. It is easiest by car or bike (bikes are available), but there is a bus running between Stege and Klintholm Havn where you can get off at the house. There are trains to Vordingborg and a bus between Vordingborg and Stege and another bus from Stege to Klintholm Havn. Good hiking opportunities - by field paths just outside the house, along the beaches or in the nearby Klintholm Forest. There are many beautiful sights on Møn - the impressive white chalk cliffs at Møns Klint (5 km), the charming castle and romantic gardens at Liselund (7 km), and the idyllic island of Nyord (20 km). Møn offers a wide range of high quality vegetables from farm shops and other local products such as Møn Ice Cream and beer from the local brewery (Møns bryghus).
