Smallthorns Barn is a peaceful barn conversion with a private feeling, courtyard garden and attractive outlook across fields. Visit England 4 star. There is a spacious living area with a beamed ceiling and big french doors opening out onto the south facing garden. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday with underfloor heating throughout and unlimited wifi. Easily accessible from A14, M6, M1 yet close to Market Harborough it makes a ideal place to stay. The Barn is fully equipped to be a comfortable home from home. The cottage is sunny and light with a lovely welcoming feel; there are no neighbours making it very peaceful and secluded. From the cottage windows you can see over the garden wall to the field beyond - watch the spectacular sunsets over the field on summer evenings and enjoy the view for yourself. Good beds with pure cotton bed linen help ensure a good nights sleep and during the winter months underfloor heating keeps it warm and cosy. The cottage is a short walk from the village, where the pub serves good food and is is very popular. It is a short easy drive to Market Harborough which has a wide range of shops and facilities. Sadly we are unable to accept pets, other than assistance dogs. The whole of the cottage, parking and the walled garden is available to guests only. Clipston is a lovely traditional village in set in beautiful Northamptonshire countryside, approximately 6 miles from Market Harborough. It is easily accessible from the M1, M6 and A14 and is approximately 2 hours by car from London. There is a good pub in the village (lots more close by!) and lots of walks locally, as well as the Haddon Fields, an open area of farmland for families to explore. . Kelmarsh Hall, the Space Centre, Althorp House, Foxton locks - there are so many places to visit near here so it is a perfect base for a holiday. There is step free access for less mobile guests into the cottage and a flat floor throughout, however, there is one small step down into the garden. Parking for two cars is immediately outside the front door. The nearest shop is at Naseby, 1.5 miles away
