Queen bed, sitting area, writers desk, dresser, closet & bathroom with walk-in shower, access to wifi & TV connected to wifi are included. Kitchenette: mini fridge, microwave, one-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster. This flat offers off-street parking, private entry & relaxing outdoor patio. Guests are invited to enjoy the backyard and deck. Laundry facility is shared with the owner. No smoking / no smokers on premises. I'm here to make your stay comfortable. Wanting to get away from the bustle and buildings? Explore the beautiful scenery of Vedauwoo or Curt Gowdy State Park (both favorites of the locals) – located only 30 minutes out of town. Park on street (pull past the “no parking” sign) or in driveway. If parking in driveway do not pull up even with house as the driveway is narrow & if up against house it’s difficult to get out of your vehicle. Go through gate at top of driveway, turn left & enter second door on the left. Door punch code will be provided upon confirmed booking.
