A comfy room with good connections

A comfy room in a detached house bottom floor. An ideal place for working a bit or just stay few nights. I live in the house, but the bottom floor is rarely visited by me and it has even its own toilet, so you can enjoy your own privacy still. About 100 m from a grocery store, 30 metres from a bus connection to Tampere and less than 25 min walk from all services in Nokia, railway station included. Also 15 min taxi ride from the airport. Nice nature routes close by. You get a nice room located on the bottom floor of a wooden house built in the 1950's. The room is equipped with floor heating and some basic furniture. You also get an access to the WLAN. The house is surrounded from two sides with a small forest, so the back yard is quite private. During the summer you can use the fireplace there to barbeque and relax outside. You will get a room on the bottom floor of the house, so there will be stairs involved. Please consider this if you are physically challenged. I rarely visit downstairs, unless I wash my laundry or have to take a shower, so you will have basically the whole floor for yourself. There is also a private door from the room, if you don't wish to use the main entrance. You can use the kitchen located on the middle floor. Note: no microwave oven! I am more than willing to give you any help you require, including some travel tips for the Pirkanmaa area. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood consisting maily of detached houses. Nokianvirta river isn't far away and it is only a five minute jog to get out of the city area. However, even though the area is peaceful, there is plenty of services in the neighbourhood, including a convenience store, a pub/pizzeria, barbershop... Nokia spa is not far away and even the golf course is less than 5 km away. If you arrive by a car, there is plenty of room at my front yard for parking. The city bus line runs about every half an hour next to the house. The line ends at the centre of Tampere. The railway station is about 2 km away, with hourly connection to Tampere. There are also long distance buses going from nearby. From there you can get to Tampere, Helsinki airport, or Turku. The Tampere-Pirkkala Airport (TMP) is 16 kms away. I suggest you take a taxi, if going there. The ride takes about 15 mins and costs a bit over 30 euros on weekdays. It is also easy to get around with bikes. To get the room, you have to use stairs, so it is not suitable for physically challenged.
