Close to the Prison, city & the region (Ea's room)

If you're looking for a place close to nature and the city or want a relaxing place to explore the region, this is it! The place is situated close to a big lake (Bygholm), a mere 2 km from the city centre and a brief 10 min walk from the Prison, where many concerts are held. The room is on the 2nd floor in our spacious house with access to the upstairs living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Ideal for a small family or group of friends. Note that we have a cat who lives with us downstairs :) We are renting out three rooms on the upper floor, Ida's room, Sara's room and Ea's room, with room for 4, 4, and 2 people respectively (this post is for Ea's room, which fits 2 people). If you're a family or a lager group you're welcome to check out our other posts and make a reservation - write os a message and we will figure Things out :) The entire upper floor is made of a living room, a small kitchenette, a bathroom and the three rooms. Note that you have access to free parking :) You'll have full access to the upstairs living room, kitchenette, and bathroom and you're also free to relax in the garden and on our two terraces. We'll most likely be home during your stay, however we will be residing in "our home" downstairs and you wont see us unless you need anything or have any questions :) We're neighbours to some beautiful nature - the Bygholm Lake where you can do fishing, provided you have a permit, or go for wonderful walks in the surrounding forests. We're about a 10 minute walking from The Prison (Fængslet) where many concerts are held and about the same walking distance from the local golf club. We live 2 km from the centre of the city and it's only a 30 min drive (train or car) from Aarhus (the 2nd biggest city in Denmark), about 50 kms from LEGO Land, 95 kms from Djurs Sommerland (a Theme Park). Overall we're situated perfectly if you want to experience the region! Access by car is super easy via the highway (E45). Access by public transportation is a tad more complicated since you'll have to either take a taxi from the train station or go for a 1,5 km walk (but it's trough a beautiful park, which makes the trip more bearable :))
