Flat for 2 in countryside house: relaxation

This building is situated in Western Styria, in the nice Kainach-valley, shortly before the romantic village Kainach. Driving distances to Red Bull Circuit Spielberg: circa 1 hour, provincial capital Graz: 1 hour. Voitsberg & Köflach: 15 min, "Lipizzaner stud farm Piber" 10, "thermal bath Nova": 12, castle and castle-bath Alt-Kainach: 7min. Bärnbach is well-known for the "Hundertwasser church" and as centre of glass art. Golfers: 18min to 18-hole golf course in Maria Lankowitz. Skiing:1 hour This flat is situated on the second floor and consists of a kitchen, dining-living room area with a table and chairs, 1 bedroom with a double bed 1,80 x 2,00 cm, 2 bedside tables, one big wardrobe. You have access to the basement where you have a washing machine. On the ground floor you find a deep-freezer and fridges as well. You enter through the back door and go upstairs onto the second floor with its own access to the appartements. You can park your car outside the building in the parking area and you can use the garden. I'm available via telephone and e-mail. You have the whole apartment to yourselves and I won't interrupt or bother you, but I am willing to answer questions and my mother will be happy to share a drink if that's what you would like. She will hand over the keys as well and will collect the deposit on the key in cash. When you return the keys you'll get the deposit back. Rural area with many interesting sights nearby. You'll live spaciously, the view is onto meadows, woods, a fishpond and a river, you can hear the ringing of bells and the moo of the cows, the neigh of horses and the gurgle of the river Kainach. You can relax and unwind, savour the countryside, leave all your cares behind or do a lot of sports. Although you live in rural areas, you are nevertheless quickly in the close-by towns. Besides sculptures for dwelling and the garden, glass jewellery and fusing objects, unique optical glass cut exhibits are awaiting you in the "Werkhaus Kainach". 850 metres into the direction of the village. There is a grocery (7.30 a.m until noon and 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.) and the gingerbread baker "Schmid" only 950 m away from your accommodation. The gingerbread has been manually produced for more than 5 generations, according to traditional recipes. Only selected and certified organic ingredients are used for production. The main ingredients for each Lebkuchen are honey, sugar, rye and wheat flour and water. Refined with fruits, chocolate, jam, nuts and icing they create an exceptional taste adventure. You may dine out either in the inn Bojer in Kainach or in the restaurant Müller in Afling. Both places can be reached on foot. Walking, hiking, biking, visiting the glassblowers respectively the glass exhibition in Bärnbach, observing the Lippizaner horses in their summer quarters - in the vicinity, enjoying the thermal bath Nova, including sauna areas in Köflach. During the summer months you may take a cooling in the castle bath Bärnbach. Golfers are within 15 minutes at the 18-hole golf course Erzherzog Johann in Maria Lankowitz. The leisure area Piberstein is as well only 18/20 minutes away! The Red Bull Circuit Spielberg with its many events can be reached within one hour and a few minutes. I'll show you a scenic short cut route! During winter time you can enjoy the small family-friendly skiing areas within 1 hour or more than 1 hour, like Modriach, Salzstiegl... . There is a bus stop just outside the building and the schedules are in the appartement. Nevertheless a car is needed. Highly recommendable for cylists, bikers, hikers, thermal bath visitors, golfers, equestrians, artists, sightseeings and Red Bull Circuit visitors. Obligatory costs: € 1,50 visitor's tax per person per night. Key deposit of € 100 is included, when you don't return the whole set of keys you won't get the whole deposit returned! You are requested to use the main kitchen on the ground floor when you are staying just for 2-3 nights!
