Generous, modern house. 13 people. kitchen, 2 living rooms, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With sunny garden and terrace. Central to authentic village, bakery, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Wi-Fi! Near Winterberg and other ski-areas! Arrival time is flexible when the house is not occupied before. In the middle of authentic village full of half-timbered houses (Heritage) is our Holidayhouse. In 2013 renovated with new kitchens, bathrooms and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The listed rent price applies if starting from price per night for the whole House. All the boxspringbeds (210x90cm) are new (end 2019). Great views from all rooms. You have access to the orchard with many fruit trees (Apple, cherry, plum and pear). Private parking, private entrance and enclosed garden with lawn and terraces. The grounds of the house is reached by a descending path next to the House. In the House is a lot of information on the surrounding area and a hiking map. Of course there is wifi! The guests can reach us by phone and mail. We are not always on the spot, but thanks to the Wi-Fi that's no problem:-) In the village you will find all the facilities such as two supermarkets, butchers and bakers. Also a book shop, tourist information Office and bank are to find in the town. Of course, plenty of restaurants and a number of cultural/recreational facilities. On Saturdays, 4 houses away to the old bakehouse. Pastries and cakes are baked and sold. From the relax chairs in the garden you have a wonderful view over the hills and the village. There is good public transport connection to the bus to Winterberg or Frankenberg. Both villages have trainstations. Parking is free unlimited at the home. Bed linen and towels are separately to order for 7 and 3.50 euro p.p. per stay! Kitchentowels 5 euro per stay. Child's cor and chair are available (free). No smoking, no pets alowed
