Ideal for long term monthly guests and they can easily self check in with intercom and digital lock. Guest will save money because there is no cleaning fees or hefty security deposit compared to similar listings in Washington DC.The interior of this home has new Mahogany Laminate flooring. The balcony offers a beautiful scenic bird's eye view because this apartment is on high elevation.The bedroom is big and spacious with a big closet and a comfortable Queen bed and small table and chair to work on laptop. The Kitchen was recently renovated with new cabinets and granite countertops and has a large pantry .There is also Fridge, microwave, toaster, Owen and dishwasher and since the kitchen is shared therefore guest should immediatley wash dishes and clean after themselves when using the kitchen and kitchen should be used only for light cooking. The best thing about this home is that, Rosecroft shopping center and Bus stop is only 4 minute walk.The shopping center has International Grocery store, couple restaurants, gas station, Subway fast food , Wells Fargo bank, Dollar store, laundromat, Cell phone store and Liquor store. On top of this it's only 20 minute drive to drive to Union Station, National Mall, Reagan Airport, Smithsonian Museum, Navy Yard, Washington Nationals Stadium, Chinatown, Downtown Alexandria Harbor. Guest can access the stairs, balcony, downstairs laundry room, living room, dining area, corridor, shared kitchen and bathroom. I like to give privacy to my guest but if they need anything than they can always reach me through phone or text message. I am very fortunate to live here because this home is in the prime location of Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC. This home is located in the beautiful State of Maryland but in just 10 minute drive from this home you can enter our Nation's Capital Washington DC and Alexandria Virginia. In just 20 minute drive from this home you can reach White House and National Mall as well as Ronald Reagan International Airport and Union Station. Along with this the bus stop and shopping center is just 5 minute walk from this apartment. All my Airbnb guest are always impressed by staying in this home because they can visit so many places in Virginia and Washington DC from this home plus they get to explore the nearby MGM Casino and National Harbor Waterfront which is just 10 minute drive from this home. Bus stop is only 5 minute walk from this apartment and the bus goes to the nearby Metro Station. Bus and train are the most affordable commute options but for late night travel Uber/Lyft/Cabs are available 24 hours. Guest will be provided room key, intercom keyfob and parking pass and all these items have to be returned on checkout because its replacement cost will be $150.
